I was a little leery at first. However, I must say I followed the advice of the representative on my cruise line. I incorporated exercise with taking the tablets every day and my results have been great. My measurements before the program - Waist was a 38 hips 43 thighs 28 - these measurements were taken May 30th 2008. My new measurements as of June 27, 2008 are 32 in waist Hips 42 thighs 25. I am watching my caloric intake and eating properly by cutting out starches and drinking water like a fish. No soda, cut down the sugar and eating fruit up in the day. I have completely cut out red meat, pork and all that crappy stuff that causes you arteries to get blocked. I also, walk a mile a day plus I work - out to Power 90 or Hip Hop Abs and Yoga classes. I am in school working on a double degree and work Full time for the government. So as of today, I have lost 10 inches - I have more energy and when I look in the mirror I really like what I see now. My ideal measurements I want is to be - Waist 28 Hips 38 Thighs 23 - my goal is to be a 10 again - and get out of a size 12 forever. I am already wearing my Medium tops again. I was once in Large and thought that was the best I could be. NOT!! I am better than that. My body deserves better and I deserve this. My advise to any of you is to stay with the program, you figure if you are 40+ like me you will need to give the program a least 6 months.

I wasted my money with this product. It did absolutely nothing for me. I should have listened to the first reviewer who also said this product does nothing. The Carnival Cruise ship promoted this product along with other products from this company and it's all bogus.

Two months into a 3-month herbal detox which included Elemis Deep Drainage, Cal-Metab Plus, Vitality, and Silhoutte, taken as layed-out in plan with exercise and dietary guidelines I started feeling nauseated, headaches, off-balance, dizzy, insomnia, night sweats, fatigue, increased heart palpitations, hot spots on my skin, confused, memory loss, high blood pressure which is not norm for me. Looked up ingredients one by one and found that 3 different ingredients had the side-effects I was experiencing so I stopped taking the supplement.
It was suggested to drink at least 2 liters of water a day, I was drinking a minimum of 3 liters. There was no weight loss. Docs are testing kidneys, pancreas, liver and gallbladder and feel my body was stressed by the detox which may take up to 3 months to get back to norm. Possible pancreatitis and kidney stones. I am 48, not overweight, and have been in good health to this point.
